How I work
My advantage is understanding a real operation — its processes, business rules, data, risks, controls and information needs — and turning that understanding into business systems that actually work in production. I am not only an analyst, and not only a developer.
My career went from software, costing, quality and logistics, through management control and automation, into ERP, business intelligence and digital transformation. That order matters: I learned how operations run before building systems for them.
